First name, family name, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, nationality, travel document, main residence, billing address, fellow travelers, arrival date, expected and actual departure date and signature.
For internal purposes only and not required by law, we collect and archive following data from you:
Telephone number and special requests, which are communicated to us (for example: preferred apartments)
To provide paid services we ask for additional data, such as payment details to accept your booking. We store this data in our systems until the legal retention periods have expired.

Via our website it is possible to book our apartments with our service provider igumbi e.U., Erdbergstraße 10/47, 1030 Vienna, Austria ("igumbi").
The personal data provided by you (name, title, address) are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we can not complete the booking for you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the unwinding bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the booking price, to the booking tool vendor igumbi as well as to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
In the case of a successful booking (conclusion of contract), all data from the contractual relationship are stored until expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR. Payment Methods
We require either credit card details (card holder name, number, expiration date & security code, strong customer authentication) of a valid and covered credit card, or a down payment to secure bookings. Down payments can be accepted by transfer or cash deposit. The credit card details are forwarded to the online payment service Stripe, Inc.. In the event of late cancellation, we will create a cancellation fee invoice. If you agree to our privacy policy, you also consent to the transfer of your information to Stripe. You can settle your bill by bank transfer, in cash or by card payment on the spot.
If you opt for card payment locally at our terminal, the process is handled by our payment partner card complete Service Bank AG or directly with American Express.
Messages within the terminal network are network-encrypted via TLS 1.2 and protected again proprietarily within this tunnel.
We only archive and record the merchant receipt in accordance with the regulations.
In case of transfers, we record and archive our receipts and bank statements according to regulations.

Strictly according to legal regulations, we use the data provided by you exclusively to enable you one or more best possible stays at Pension Sacher – Apartments am Stephansplatz GmbH. The majority of our guests appreciate the personal contact and express the intention to book another stay with us again. Many of our guests become regular guests for decades.
In our traditional family business only one qualified employee and three qualified family members can view your data. As a family, since the foundation of the Hotel Sacher in Baden in 1881, we have always been dealing with the data of our guests carefully and discreetly.
In case of a legal requirement, an official order or an official investigation we are legally obliged to provide the respective data to the authority.
Christmas Mailing
We use names and addresses of selected regular guests to send them a letter once a year at Christmas time. If you do not wish to receive this Christmas mailing you can cancel it at any time.
Storage of reservations and waiting list
We save the text of the contract and communicate the confirmation of the reservation or the entry in the waiting list as you wish verbally, by e-mail or by mail.
Data security
